This scale's unique patent-pending design both weighs the amount of chemical in a day tank or chemical drum and provides containment in the event of a chemical spill. Each scale includes a polyethylene containment pallet and a rugged steel base with a corrosion-resistant dry powder plastic finish.
The four-load cell design means that you can place your tank anywhere on the scale and measure with the same accuracy. All electronics are housed in a NEMA 4X UL-approved enclosure that provides protection against dust, water and corrosion. Display indicator shows measurements in either pounds or kilograms.
Models with a bladder can contain up to 66 gallons, and meet spill containment regulation 40 CFR 264.175 for 55-gallon day tanks or drums.
Includes: 20' cable for mounting the indicator. To mount the indicator remotely order the remote mount junction box and extra cable (200' max). 5-year warranty.
Note: Please allow enough space for models with bladder to expand. The bladder needs 66" x 58" of open space to open properly.
