Description

Product Details
  • Stroke speeds up to 240 strokes per minute
  • Accepts pulse input signals

These pumps feature two dials for simple, manual control of stroke speed and length. Stroke rate is also adjustable using an external pulse signal from a flowmeter or LMI controller. Remote on/off and low-level shutoff inputs lets you to shut off the pump automatically when there is no flow in the process stream or when your chemical day tank reaches low levels. Pumps feature a high viscosity head connected by a hose barb on the suction side and a 1/2" OD tube connection on the discharge side.

Use with aluminum sulfate (alum) and polymer (call for compatibility with other chemicals).

Wetted materials: acrylic head, polypropylene fittings, 316 SS check balls, Fluorofilm diaphragm and PTFE cartridge style check valves.

Includes: injection valve, suction valve, discharge valve, 3-1/2' of vinyl tubing and 10' of polyethylene tubing.

Note: To control your pump using a pulse signal, a 4-pin control cable (stock # 60798) is required. To adjust the signal, order the multiplier (stock # 67776) for lower frequency pulses or the divider (stock # 67775) for higher frequency pulses. To control your pump using a 4-20 mA input, order the analog-to digital converter (stock # 61150).

Pump uses 0.938"OD tubing on suction side. Not certified NSF.
