Resolve complaints about high bills by showing customers the accuracy of their water meter. These precision microprocessor-based test instruments offer on-site verification of residential meter accuracy to ±0.5% and flows down to 1/10 gpm. They're also great for testing repaired meters, or mystery meters that are just lying around the shop.
Built-in pressure gauge provides the ability to check static and flow pressure for troubleshooting low flow problems. With a few simple steps, you can determine which side of the meter has a restriction. Testers come complete with valves, 3/4" meter connectors and garden hose connectors. Features 6-digit LCD display with field-programmable readout.
Note: To avoid meter damage, only use replacement battery listed below (stock # 65455).
- Best operating range: 3 to 30 gpm (max operating range of 1.6 to 45 gpm)
- Pressure drop: adjustable to simulate 3/4" meter
- Operating temp: -14 to 140°F
- Body/rotor material: aluminum / nylon
