Improper vacuum setup or shut down can introduce moisture into a vacuum pump resulting in rust and pump failure. Help prevent pump failure by placing this filter in-line between the pump inlet and the filtering flask. Filter is 60 mm in diameter and feature 3/8 to 1/2" stepped hose barbs.
