USABlueBook sewer tracing dyes are specially formulated for sewer flow studies, infiltration or pollution investigation. When used at the proper dilutions, they are biodegradable, non-toxic and harmless to wildlife. Sewer dyes will not affect the operation of sewer treatment plants. Yellow-green color is highly visible, and in low light situations the fluorescent properties are visible under ultraviolet light. To impart a vibrant, visible color, use 1 to 2 lbs of powder for 14,000 gallons of water.
