Time Mark 4082 Liquid Level Controller
Description
- 8 adjustable set points with relay outputs
- Two scaleable 4-20 mA outputs
- Easy-to-read LCD display
The Model 4082 liquid level controller monitors, displays, and controls liquid levels in tanks or reservoirs with a depth up to 34.65 ft. (Other ranges are available.) The unit operates from any 4-20 mA input signal and includes a regulated 24 VDC transmitter power supply. The easy-to-read LCD display shows the liquid level during normal operation and the set-point values during normal setup.
There are eight user-adjustable set points. As the liquid level rises above each trip setting, the LED indicator for that level lights up, and the output relay energizes. Two 4-20 mA output signals which track the 4-20 mA input signal are also provided. These outputs can be adjusted to different ranges by the operator. A test control, which simulates an input signal, is useful for checking the set points and overall system operation.
Note: This controller is for signal/control-duty only, not for direct pump operation.
