Use HYJOINT dismantling couplings to make quick connections and change-outs of valves, pumps, meters, piping assemblies and more. Their lay length is fully adjustable—simply tighten the 304 stainless steel nuts and bolts along with the restraining 304 stainless steel tie-rods. When the HYJOINT is set to the proper width, tighten just one compression bolt to complete the assembly.
Gaskets are pressure-assisted type compounded for water and sewer service of NSF-61 Grade EPDM. Flanges are AWWA class “D”. The body is high-strength carbon steel with an NSF-61 registered fusion-bonded epoxy coating. Joints are pressure rated up to 175 psi.
