This economical microprocessorbased conductivity controller is designed for closed-loop cooling tower systems. It provides a set point and high/low relays for accurate conductivity control, plus a variety of timer functions to control chemical addition. Programmable dual biocide pump outputs give you additional control of your process.
This controller features four feed modes, including feed limit from 1 to 999 minutes, percentage of time from 1 to 100%, percentage of control (feed after bleed) from 1 to 100% of previous bleed cycle, and a pulse external trigger from 1 to 100 counter or 1 to 999 seconds on-time.
Controllers are specifically designed for use with LMI pumps, but can work with any pump. Control chemical feed and biocide pumps using either on/off or external trigger mode. Set the bleed set point based on rising or falling conductivity values for flexibility in programming. Set the two biocide timers from 1 to 28 days, depending upon your treatment program.
Display shows conductivity or TDS readings and temperature in °F or °C. LED indicators signal operating conditions and equipment status. Controllers also feature easy three-button programming, a separate alarm relay, 4-20 mA output and flow switch compatibility.
Includes: cooling tower carbon probe, manifold assembly with flow switch, sample valve and 10' of cable to connect to controller.
