Streamline your work order procedures with Work Order Software. It's easy to install, simple to use and adapts to your specific needs. Create work requests and work orders quickly and easily.
Work requests let each department communicate in a standard format. When someone notes a problem or receives a request for work outside of their jurisdiction (i.e., a police patrol notices a dangerous sewer manhole), they can generate a work request addressed to the appropriate department. The request can be entered directly into the computer or temporarily recorded on optional work order forms for later entry. Order forms separately below in tablets of 100 sheets; 5 tablets/pack.
When a department receives a work request, a work order is generated that designates who is to do the work, when and where it is to be done, and what time frame or priority level has been assigned. When work is complete, follow-up information entered into the computer provides a permanent record.
Available for installation on up to five computers. To test drive this program, order the free demo disk.
Computer Requirements: Software requires a PC with Windows® 2000 or later operating system. Minimum capacity: 800 MHz, 1-GB hard drive, and 256-MB memory.
