V-Panel boxes are the only aluminum extruded panel trench boxes in the industry with on-the-fly independent vertical panel adjustment. Slide their side wall panels up and down easily with just the turn of a screw. This allows you to easily work around existing utilities that "T" off from your main trench.
Lightweight and durable, V-Panel boxes are easy to lift and move around the job site. Their aluminum panels offer quick assembly and transport easily. Use the included steel tamping pads on the top of the panel for hammering. The steel knife edges effortlessly drive panels into the soil.
V-Panel boxes are rated for use in all types of soil. Refer to the listing below for the rating by box size and soil type. Units are PE certified to meet OSHA requirements for shoring.
V-Panel boxes include: Two vertical panels, horizontal frame, knife edge bottoms, tamping pad tops and assembly hardware. V-Panel boxes require 4 adjustable spreaders per box (sold separately). V-Panel box end closures are available as special order. Contact USABlueBook for details.
