DWK Life Sciences (Wheaton) Grab Samplers prevent sample contamination during water quality testing and comply with EPA sampling procedures. With a 6' handle, they make sub-surface water sample collection simple. Units allow the user easy access from boats, decks or spillways without ever touching the water.
Samplers are constructed of 3/4" square aluminum tubing with a baked enamel finish. They feature two stainless steel clamps and include one 1000-mL sample bottle. Sampler bottles are autoclavable and feature borosilicate glass construction with Teflon®-lined caps. Approximate volumes listed directly on the bottle.
The 1000-mL wide mouth sample bottle is autoclavable and constructed of heavy-wall borosilicate glass. It features a Teflon-lined cap with GPI 70-400 thread and 1" of head space. Approximate volumes listed directly on the bottle. Bottle meets Standard Methods, Class A Borosilicate glass specifications. Note: When ordering replacement sample bottles, order the 1000-mL wide mouth bottle (stock # 41466) only.
