Wheeler-Rex chain type pipe cutters are made specifically for fast cutting of tile, cast iron and concrete pipe. The cutter chain is wrapped around the pipe and engaged in the cutter jaws, which are then actuated by either a ratchet wrench or a hydraulic pump. Chain cutters are not affected by dirt and sand and require a minimal amount of space.
2 to 6" ASA class 22 CI water main, STD and XH soil pipe, and tile. Other models are available in the 2990 series for cutting larger diameters of soil pipe up to 8" and tile up to 15". Comes complete with pump, hose, case and initial fill of oil.
