Description

Flanged ductile iron bodies feature access covers secured with stainless steel fasteners for easy inspection and maintenance. One-piece neoprene flappers have encapsulated steel in the sealing surface area for strength and rigidity, and swing fully open for unrestricted flow with little resistance. Maintenance-free hingeless design offers long life.
For positive sealing, a minimum of 5 psi (11.5 ft H2O) backpressure is recommended. Larger sizes through 14" are available. Shipping: The 6" and 8" valves ship motor freight.
