Gate Extension Top Nut Use With 1-1/4" Sch 40 Pipe

- Heavy-duty welded steel construction
Make your own gate valve extension using standard 1-1/4" pipe. Welded steel nuts for top and bottom feature a 3" length of Sch 80 steel pipe attached. Just pin or weld to 1-1/4" pipe (purchased locally) cut to the extension length you desire. Bottom nuts feature a 1/2-13 x 7/8" square head set screw that locks the stem extension to the valve's 2" square operator. The opening direction plate has "open left" cast into the plate on one side and "open right" on the opposite side.
Purchase bottom nut (stock # 75207) and direction plate (stock # 75214) separately.
For your convenience, we also offer precast gate valve stem extensions in 3- and 4-ft lengths that don't require use of the “build-your-own” parts (Stock #s 75229 and 75230).
