Microprocessor-controlled pumps offer 4-key programmable and manual control of pump speed. Adjust speed from 1 stroke/hour to 100 strokes/minute. Pumps accept 4-20 mA or pulse signals. The 4-20 mA response is scalable; you can program to respond to the signal directly or inversely.
Pumps feature two pulse modes. Pulse divide allows the pump to respond with a pre-programmed number of strokes for every 1 to 999 incoming pulses. Pulse multiply lets you program the pump to stroke from 1 to 999 times for every incoming pulse.
Remote on/off and low-level shutoff inputs let you shut off the pump automatically when there is no flow in the process stream or when your chemical day tank is empty. Adjustable pressure control reduces discharge pulsation and extends pump life. The totally enclosed, chemically resistant housing protects pump, while encapsulated electronics and a rigid housing and stroke bracket ensure years of precise performance.
Pump is for chlorine and features an AutoPrime™ head. Pump also features specified tubing connection, as well as the option to remove connecting nut to reveal 1/2" NPT(M) connection for hard piping.
Note: To control your pump using a pulse signal, order a 4-pin cable (stock # 60798). To control your pump using a 4-20 mA input, use the included 8-pin cable (replacement stock # 61154). The 8-pin cable allows for output of pulse, alarm or computer alarm signals as well.
Pumps include: injection valve, suction valve, 4-function valve, foot valve/strainer and 16' of polyethylene tubing.
