Micropilot M non-contact radar level sensors measure liquids, pastes and slurries in situations where ultrasonic systems cannot. Radar is not affected by air turbulence, pressure, temperature, gas vapors, light mist, light foam and other conditions that can make level measurement difficult.
The Micropilot M is loaded with great features, including 2-wire loop power, 4-20 mA output, Hart® communications protocol and 32-point linearization. It has a 26 GHz horn antenna that takes measurements up to 82’ away at temperatures up to 266°F. They are easy to set up and operate through the push-button keypad and menu-driven alphanumeric display. The sensor housing is highly chemical resistant.
