- Molded-in calibrations ensure visibility for the entire life of the tank
Tanks are made from translucent high density linear polyethylene (HDLPE) for excellent chemical resistance and easy viewing of the liquid levels. They feature a threaded manway with vented lid. Bolted and hinged manway lids are available as special order. This industrial tank is required for storing harsh chemicals, including sodium hypochlorite.
Tanks suitable for use with: Aluminum sulfate (alum), ammonium chloride, 28% ammonium hydroxide, ammonium sulfate, calcium hypochlorite, ferric sulfate, hydrochloric acid, 10% hydrogen peroxide, methanol, 20% potassium permanganate, sodium bisulfate, sodium hydroxide (caustic), 15% sodium hypochlorite, 50% sulfuric acid. Note: Chemical compatibility may vary between 70°F and 140°F. Contact USABlueBook if using with chemicals at 140°F or above.
