AD-series solenoid-driven metering pumps offer a robust design, microprocessor control options, and superior electromagnetics to meet all flow/pressure ratings. The fitting system features an advanced design for secure, leakproof tubing connections. LCD display shows stroke speed, pump status and setup menus; it even shows the theoretical flow rate, an approximate rate based on stroke and speed. Optional flow monitor (stock # 161861) verifies flow and triggers an alarm if flow stops.
AD9 pumps are the most advanced series. They have all the features of the AD8 models, plus 4-20 mA, pulse and alarm outputs. Pumps also offer remote internal/external mode input, letting you set the pump to external or internal mode from a SCADA or PLC system.
Pump is for fluoride injection and features Fastprime™ liquid ends, which bleed the head without depressurizing the discharge tubing. Pump also features specified tubing connection, as well as the option to remove connecting nut to reveal 1/2" NPT(M) connection for hard piping.
Use with fluoride and hydrofluosilicic acid (call for compatibility with other chemicals).Wetted materials: acrylic head, PVDF fittings, PTFE check balls, Fluorofilm diaphragm and Polyprel seals.
Pump includes: injection valve, suction valve, control cables, 4-function valve, foot valve/strainer and 16' of polyethylene tubing.
