2" Parshall Flume with Pipe Stubs - Specify Pipe Size, PF-2
Description
- By far, the most widely used flume in water and wastewater
- Typically the first choice for new installations
The accuracy and high usable head of the Parshall flume make it the most commonly used flume in water and wastewater applications. While they are self-cleaning in most applications, Parshall flumes with throat widths of 2" and smaller should not be used in sanitary applications, as solids may block the throat. Also, measuring flow through 2" Parshall flumes with ultrasonic sensors may be difficult due to beam angle and deadband limitations of the flow sensor.
Parshall flumes have pipe stub adapters on both the inlet and outlet—specify size of adapters when ordering. Available options on our standard flumes include staff gauge and ultrasonic flow sensor mounting bracket.
Shipping: Ships motor freight.
