AD-series solenoid-driven metering pumps offer a robust design, microprocessor control options, and superior electromagnetics to meet all flow/pressure ratings. The fitting system features an advanced design for secure, leakproof tubing connections. LCD display shows stroke speed, pump status and setup menus; it even shows the theoretical flow rate, an approximate rate based on stroke and speed. Optional flow monitor (stock # 161861) verifies flow and triggers an alarm if flow stops.

Economical AD2 pumps offer manually adjustable stroke frequency and length, and feature low-level indication (requires low-level switch assembly, stock # 161600; sold separately).

Pump is for chlorine and features an AutoPrime™ head, which automatically and continuously purge entrapped air from process fluid. This eliminates "vapor lock" from liquids such as sodium hypochlorite, even in remote installations. Pump also features specified tubing connection, as well as the option to remove connecting nut to reveal 1/2" NPT(M) connection for hard piping.

Use with 12.5% sodium hypochlorite (call for compatibility with other chemicals). Wetted materials: acrylic head, PVC fittings, ceramic check balls, Fluorofilm diaphragm and Polyprel seals.

Pump includes: injection valve, suction valve, 4-function valve, foot valve/strainer and 16' of polyethylene tubing.
