AD-series solenoid-driven metering pumps offer a robust design, microprocessor control options, and superior electromagnetics to meet all flow/pressure ratings. The fitting system features an advanced design for secure, leakproof tubing connections. LCD display shows stroke speed, pump status and setup menus; it even shows the theoretical flow rate, an approximate rate based on stroke and speed. Optional flow monitor (stock # 161861) verifies flow and triggers an alarm if flow stops.

Economical AD2 pumps offer manually adjustable stroke frequency and length, and feature low-level indication (requires low-level switch assembly, stock # 161600; sold separately).

Pumps for polymer feature a high viscosity head connected by a 1/2"OD hose barb on the suction side and a 1/2"OD tube connection on the discharge side.

Use with aluminum sulfate (alum) and polymer (call for compatibility with other chemicals). Wetted materials: polypropylene head, polypropylene fittings, 316 SS check balls, Fluorofilm diaphragm and PTFE cartridge style check valves.

Pump includes: injection valve, suction valve, discharge valve, 3-1/2' of vinyl tubing and 10' of polyethylene tubing.
