Walchem's LK series diaphragm pumps deliver up to 2,743 gallons per day. Their dual-cam drive and worm gear type speed reducer offer maximum wear resistance in continuous-use applications. Totally enclosed fan cooled (TEFC) motor is mounted vertically to save space. A micrometer dial that lets you control the spring-back stroke adjustment mechanism for a turndown ratio of 10:1.
Use with polymers (call for compatibility with other chemicals). Wetted materials: 316 SS head and valve seats, PTFE diaphragm and Hastelloy C267 valve check balls.
Note: All pumps require a foot valve, pump stand, injection quill and piping; sold separately. For optimal performance, we recommend installing a pressure relief valve, back pressure valve and pulsation dampener on the discharge of all motor-driven pumps. Models with variable-speed motors that accept 4-20 mA signals are available as special order; contact USABlueBook for more information.
