Measure flow in industrial water, wastewater and pump station applications. These economical meters have no moving or mechanical parts to clog or wear out, making them a perfect alternative to mechanical flowmeters. Units are ideal for tight plumbing installations since they require fewer straight pipe diameters than most comparable meters. Their multiline alphanumeric LCD screen displays both flow rate and total flow. Setup and programming are easy via two touch-sensor keys—just follow the on-screen prompts. Bi-directional flow measurement is standard with forward, reverse and net flow totalization. Operates in temperatures 10 to 130°F (12 to 54°C). Working pressure of 150 psi.
VDC-powered meters feature pulse and 4-20 mA analog outputs; external 24-VDC power supply (sold separately) is required for loop powering the 4-20 mA signal. Back-up battery pack (included) provides auxiliary power in the event of a power failure. Meters are 9-36 VDC @ 250 mA max (30 mA avg). Features remote display.
Materials: epoxy-coated welded steel body/flow tube, Santoprene® flange, polypropylene body lining, die-cast aluminum electronics housing, 316 stainless steel electrode, 20'L cable w/ 6 conductor for power & outputs, and 33'L cable (for wiring remote display to flow tube)
Includes: pair of full-faced gaskets.
Additional options are available, including battery-powered models, and meters with high-speed digital outputs, 4-20 mA (HART®) outputs, Modbus RTU and 85-264 VAC power supplies.
