Greyline's powerful DLT 2.0 controllers are your ultimate solution for barscreen level control at wastewater treatment plant headworks, pump stations and combined sewer systems. Using two ultrasonic non-contacting sensors (one upstream and one downstream), they continuously monitor, transmit and control differential level. Built-in control relays and 4-20 mA outputs allow automatic activation of bar screen cleaning rakes at preset levels. This greatly reduces, or eliminates, the need for manual bar screen cleaning!

These ultra-flexible instruments can also work in a variety of other applications to simplify operations and reduce costs. Since they measure both flow and level, they're great for open-channel installations—no separate flowmeter required! Setup is easy thanks to preprogrammed flume and weir channel setups.

Clear, backlit digital display alternates between upstream, downstream and differential level values, as well as open-channel flow (plus totalizer), keeping you informed of real-time process changes. Three isolated 4-20 mA outputs can be configured to transmit upstream level, dowstream level (or flow), and differential level. Two built-in SPDT 5A relays are programmable for level control, differential level control or open-channel flow (including flow-proportional pulse). Controller features a watertight and dust tight NEMA 4X (IP66) polycarbonate with clear, shatterproof cover.

Note: Sensor cable can be extended up to 500'; requires extra sensor cable and a sensor cable junction box (both sold separately).
