EXCEL XR pumps offer smooth accurate chemical feed, precise pump control and maximum application flexibility. Highly versatile, these stepper motor-driven diaphragm pumps feature variable speed technology and a control module with upgradeable firmware.

Integrated stepper motor drive provides a consistently quick suction speed and variable discharge speed, flushing both chemical and gas bubbles out of the pump head. This eliminates air lock when pumping gaseous chemicals like sodium hypochlorite.

Enhanced control pumps accept remote start/stop or single level float switch control inputs, as well as 4-20 mA analog and digital pulse inputs. Lockable controls with customizable four-digit security codes.

Pumps with 1/2" NPT(M) connections are designed for hard piping applications. They include 4-, 5- and 6-pin external control cables.

Use with aluminum sulfate (alum), ferric sulfate, hydrochloric acid, magnesium hydroxide, 10% potassium permanganate, sodium bisulfate, sodium phosphate and 10% sulfuric acid (call for compatibility with other chemicals).

Wetted materials: polypropylene head, polypropylene fittings, ceramic check balls, PTFE diaphragm and Viton® seat.
