Description
- Variable speed motor for consistent continuous chemical feed
- Patented Tube Failure Detection system shuts off pump in case of leak

These pumps are naturally degassing and self-priming—ideal for use with off-gassing chemicals like sodium hypochlorite. True variable-speed DC motors provide consistent chemical feed, minimizing pump maintenance and eliminating the need for mechanical starting/stopping. Continuous-duty motors offer advanced cooling for extended life. Unique pump tube design installs easily and keeps the tube centered on the rollers. Tube Failure Detection system halts pump operation in the event of tube failure. Heavy-duty NEMA 3R Valox® housing is chemical resistant.
Manual pumps (A-100NF series) feature a speed dial on the front of the pump for manual feed rate control.
Includes: two pump tubes, 5' each of PVC suction tubing and LLDPE discharge tubing, mounting kit, suction strainer, ceramic weight and injector.
Use with polymers (call for compatibility with other chemicals). Wetted materials: Tygothane® (Versilon™) pump tube w/ PVDF adapter fittings, PVC suction tubing, polyethylene (LLDPE) discharge tubing, polypropylene suction strainer, polypropylene injection check valve, ceramic check ball, Hastelloy C-276 spring and PTFE/FKM O-rings.
