LKN series metering pumps are the largest of Walchem's high-performance line. These motor-driven, mechanically actuated diaphragm pumps feature a highly reliable dual-cam system drive and worm gear reducer. Roller bearings and oil bath lubrication ensure outstanding durability and wear resistance during continuous operation.
Automatic control pumps feature a Baldor® variable frequency drive (VFD) linked to a totally enclosed non-ventilated (TENV) variable-speed motor for a 100:1 turndown ratio. VFDs are controlled via fully scalable 4-20 mA and 0-10 VDC signals.
Use with aluminum sulfate (alum), ammonium chloride, 20% calcium hypochlorite, 25% hydrochloric acid, 20% hydrogen peroxide, 25% potassium permanganate, sodium bisulfate and 12.5% sodium hypochlorite (bleach). Call for compatibility with other chemicals. Wetted materials: PVC head and valve seats, PTFE diaphragm, FKM O-rings and ceramic valve check balls.
