The NIOSH-approved Scott ACSi SCBA is ideal for the occasional user. It offers low-cost supplied air protection for non-fire hazards like confined space and chlorine storage. A low-pressure 2216 psi aluminum cylinder supplies 30 minutes of air. The shoulder-mounted photoluminescent gauge with whistle end-of service alarm lets you know when the air is low.
This advanced carrying system (ACS) is lighter than other SCBAs. The padded Thermoflex™ backplate is molded to fit your spine and back muscles, while adjustable padded shoulder straps and waistband offer increased comfort and flexibility. Cleaning is easy; hose and air cylinder can be removed without using tools.
The AV-3000 facepiece with SureSeal has a polyester-net head harness, and is designed for maximum versatility. The reliable two-stage pneumatic system consists of a first-stage pressure reducer coupled with an EZ-Flo® mask-mounted regulator. This regulator reduces inhalation and exhalation resistance for less user fatigue. The air saver switch lets you put the SCBA in standby mode when connected to an activated cylinder. Total weight is 30 lbs. 5-year warranty.
