Micropilot FMR10 and FMR20 non-contact radar level sensors measure liquids‚ pastes and slurries in situations where ultrasonic systems cannot. Radar is unaffected by air turbulence‚ pressure‚ temperature‚ gas vapors‚ light mist‚ light foam and other conditions that can make level measurement difficult. CSA‚ IP68/NEMA 6P approved.

The Micropilot series is loaded with features‚ including 2-wire loop power‚ 4-20 mA output‚ and 32-point linearization (great for open channel flow measurement and complicated tank sizes). It has a 26 GHz horn antenna that takes continuous level measurements. Features a 32’L‚ PVC insulated cable.

Setup and operation are simple—no pushbuttons or remote displays are needed for startup or operation. Simply link your Bluetooth-enabled smartphone or tablet to the Micropilot to interact with it from up to 33 feet away (requires free download of the SmartBlue app for iOS or Android). The app also allows you to read curve data and other diagnostics and email it directly from your device. For security‚ the app is password protected and you can disable Micropilot’s Bluetooth operation as needed.

Add the optional flooding protection tube attachment (stock # 28073) to narrow the radar angle beam. The tube is required for applications without closed vessels or where there is a risk of flooding the sensor.
