Ordering Information:
Each system is a special order engineered to fit the size, depth and elevation of your wet well. Normal shipping time is around three weeks. Contact USABlueBook to request a quote. To place your order, complete and submit the Wet Well Wizard Order Info Form.
When placed in the center of a wet well, the Wet Well Wizard aggressively agitates and mixes wet well effluent. Continual microbial activity combined with constant agitation stimulates growth of aerobic microbes in wastewater, digests organic wastes throughout the system, prohibits the ability of H2S to form, and prevents FOG formation in the wells.
When this aerated water is pumped downstream, it replaces all the water in the pipelines with oxygenated water, which eliminates odors. Even water trapped within a potential sag in any of the pipelines downstream will not form noxious odors. Since the water within the system is “pre-treated” for the wastewater plant receiving it, much of the pre-digestion will have already occurred—which will improve plant operations. This reduces costs for aeration electricity, reduces inbound organic solids and improves overall water quality.
The Wet Well Wizard has no moving parts, is completely non-corrosive and uses no electricity underwater. The HDPE/316 stainless steel aeration ejector features internal baffles that cleave and spin bubbles for aggressive water agitation. Theair feed hose is three-ply reinforced 1" EPDM with camlock connections. The low-volume high-pressure two-stage regenerative blower is sized to drive one to four Wet Well Wizards simultaneously (depending on well size). Installation is easy, and usually completed in 30 minutes.
