Replace that old mechanical or magnetic meter with a cost-effective, accurate TFX-500w transit time flowmeter. It's easy to install with clamp-on non-contact transducers, and easy to set up via integral keypad and display. This advanced unit provides instantaneous rate and totalized flows along with multiple outputs. Use it to measure bidirectional flow on 2 to 10" plastic, carbon steel, stainless steel and copper pipes.

The TFX-500w features an enclosure suitable for outdoor mounting and three outputs (4-20mA analog and two configurable frequency/pulse/alarm). Interface your flowmeter with either BACnet MS/TP or Modbus RTU networks with the included RS-485 port. Many other options are available, such as transducers for smaller pipe ranges, pipe-mounted displays, and software for configuration and diagnostics. Contact us for details.

Unit features a 128 × 64 pixel LED backlit graphic display with adjustable brightness and timeout, and a four-button membrane keypad. It has one digital input (totalizer reset or alarm unlatch), one 4-20 mA/0-20 mA analog output, and two open collector type digital outputs (selectable as frequency, pulse or alarm). Enclosure is IP66-rated polycarbonate with rotatable adapter for wall or pipe mounting. Operating temperature is ­4 to 140°F (-20 to 60°C) for display, ­40 to 250°F (-40 to 121°C)for sensor. Sensor cable is 30-ft long.

Includes: remote-mount transmitter, transducers with 30'L cables, and a tube of acoustic couplant grease.
