Clean labware is essential to accurate test results. Labconco washers remove tough residues from all shapes and sizes of plastic and glass labware. They feature a full color 5" touchscreen display with CleanWorks OS for intuitive control. Save up to 200 user-defined programs, and select unique calibration set points for temperature, fill volume and detergent dispensing.
Choose your level of required cleanliness to ensure accurate test results, and adjust settings based on your load. Delay start (up to 12 hours) operates washers off peak hours. Alarm displays and self diagnostics alert for abnormalities and maintenance. Export user-defined programs, wash data and diagnostics data via USB.
A powerful built-in steam generator produces hot vapor to penetrate dried contaminants. Wash arms rotate 360° to distribute hot water and detergent. A pure water pump draws pure water from a non-pressurized water source for rinsing, while another drains water to minimize cross contamination. Forced-air drying means labware is ready for use upon cycle completion.
SteamScrubber washers are great for cleaning general glassware such as beakers, utensils, vials and petri dishes. They feature upper and lower open racks that hold optional inserts (sold separately) for a variety of glassware shapes and sizes. Washers have upper, middle and lower rotating wash arms to clean all internal and external surfaces.
SteamScrubber washers includes: leveling feet, anchoring screws, hose clamp, kick panel extension, USB user manual, quick installation guide with allen wrench and upper and lower racks.
