Clean labware is essential to accurate test results. Labconco washers remove tough residues from all shapes and sizes of plastic and glass labware. They feature a full color 5" touchscreen display with CleanWorks OS for intuitive control. Save up to 200 user-defined programs, and select unique calibration set points for temperature, fill volume and detergent dispensing.
Choose your level of required cleanliness to ensure accurate test results, and adjust settings based on your load. Delay start (up to 12 hours) operates washers off peak hours. Alarm displays and self diagnostics alert for abnormalities and maintenance. Export user-defined programs, wash data and diagnostics data via USB.
A powerful built-in steam generator produces hot vapor to penetrate dried contaminants. Wash arms rotate 360° to distribute hot water and detergent. A pure water pump draws pure water from a non-pressurized water source for rinsing, while another drains water to minimize cross contamination. Forced-air drying means labware is ready for use upon cycle completion.
FlaskScrubber washers are designed to thoroughly clean a variety of narrow-necked glassware, volumetric flasks and more. The lower spindle rack holds up to 36 pieces of narrow-necked glassware. During cleaning cycles, water is propelled through the spindles and into the bulb of each flask. Water also sprays through two rotating wash arms. Additional forced air drying through the spindles ensures thorough drying inside and out.
FlaskScrubber washers includes: leveling feet, anchoring screws, hose clamp, kick panel extension, USB user manual, quick installation guide with allen wrench and racks and lower spindle rack with glassware holders.
