Siphoning, pump prime loss, line overpressure, and inconsistent discharge backpressure can cause too much or too little chemical to dose into your process. LMI's multifunction valves (MFV), which improve upon 3- and 4-function valves, easily solve these issues and more.
The MFV attaches directly to the liquid end of the pump. It automatically adds consistent backpressure, provides pressure relief and prevents siphoning during normal pump operation. Simply twist the yellow and black knobs to burp off-gas, prime the pump and/or drain the line.
Standard models feature a PVDF body and are designed for general chemical applications.
