Use these scales to weigh one-ton cylinders of gas like chlorine, sulfur dioxide and ammonia. Scales feature four solid-state load cells, which provides superior accuracy over models with only one load cell. The rugged stainless steel construction with no moving parts is extremely corrosion resistant. The low-profile platform and UHMW PE trunnions increase safety and make it easier to handle and turn cylinders.
The NEMA 4X indicator features a digital LCD screen that shows weight in 1-lb increments. The digital tare allows you to weigh just the gas and not the cylinder. Use the 4-20 mA output to connect to process displays, chart recorders, etc., for superior data management. Displays include 20 feet of electrical wire (extendable to 200 feet) for connecting to the scale(s).
