EX150/EX250 models feature bronze or SS isolation valves.
Measure flow rates of clean water, turbid water and water with suspended solids. The liquid must have a minimum conductivity of 20 μS/cm. No moving parts such as rotors or turbines to jam or wear out. These sensors use the principle of Faraday’s Law. A rapidly reversing magnetic field is produced in the lower housing, and as the fluid moves through this field a voltage is generated that is proportional to the flow rate. Use with Seametrics flow monitor/totalizers below to display flow rate and total. Choose from 316 stainless steel or brass sensors.
Includes: EX110 and EX210 sensors include a 1-1/2" NPT(M) installation fitting that threads directly into saddles or threaded weld fittings. EX150 and EX250 hot tap sensors include a 2" NPT(M) isolation valve for hot-tap applications for installation and removal under pressure.

Measure flow in industrial water, wastewater and pump station applications. These economical meters have no moving or mechanical parts to clog or wear out, making them a perfect alternative to mechanical flowmeters. Units are ideal for tight plumbing installations since they require fewer straight pipe diameters than most comparable meters.
Their multiline alphanumeric LCD screen displays both flow rate and total flow. Setup and programming are easy via two touch-sensor keys—just follow the on-screen prompts. Bidirectional flow measurement is standard with forward, reverse and net flow totalization.
Choose from VDC- or battery-powered meters. Additional options are available, including meters with high-speed digital outputs, Modbus RTU, integral data loggers, wireless telemetry signal and 85-264 VAC power supplies. Meters feature pulse and 4-20 mA analog outputs; external 24-VDC power supply (sold separately) is required for loop powering the 4-20 mA signal. Back-up battery pack (included) provides auxiliary power if power fails. Available with integral or remote displays.
