| FLEXFLO A1 pumps are naturally degassing and self-priming, making them ideal for use with off-gassing chemicals like sodium hypochlorite. Their brushless DC motor runs cool while reducing overall energy usage—great for continuous duty applications. The 2000:1 turndown ratio delivers high-precision pumping. |
| A1 pumps use the same proven pump tubes and rollers as the popular Blue-White A100 series. A patented Tube Failure Detection (TFD+) system halts pump operation in the event of tube failure. TFD+ uses an optical sensor that is compatible with most chemicals, including polymers. |
| A digital keypad interface makes it easy to manually adjust output. Pumps also feature inputs for flow verification and remote on/off, plus two outputs to accommodate a relay and alarm (requires M12 cable kit, sold separately below). Choose from pumps with Flex-A-Prene, Flex-A-Thane and Flex-A-Chem tubes. |
| Choose from two pump types. Manual control pumps (A1F series) use the keypad for feed rate adjustment. External control pumps (A1V series) accept a 4-20 mA input signal, which allows an external device like a flowmeter or process analyzer to drive feed rate control. |
