Universal design allows easy customization in the field—expand or change up your system using a variety of modules
sc200 controllers display sensor measurements, transmit signals, and interact with and control other devices using simple menu-driven programming. Outputs, relays, sensors and sensor modules are all configured and calibrated on the high-resolution display. View as a single-channel measurement, split screen of up to four measurements, or graphical display for monitoring trends.
Controllers log up to 20,000 data points per sensor. SD card (sold separately) lets you transfer event history, logged data and controller settings to a computer—no special software required. Units feature four SPDT relays to trigger alarms and timers, and control pumps and other devices. Dual-input controllers allow mathematical calculation between two sensors, including % rejection; % passage; or difference, sum, average, ratio and multiplication. Calculations can be data logged or have outputs assigned to their value.
All units feature a communication slot for use of optional modules; choose from a (3) 4-20 mA output module, or those for HART®, PROFIBUS® DP or Modbus communications (modules sold separately). Included mounting kit allows surface, panel or pole mounting.
