VitaStim Grease/FOG Reducer contains bacterial cultures along with key bio-vitamins and bio-stimulants. Not only will it degrade grease and fatty acids, but it also reduces filaments and sludge production and it controls foaming. The specialized Bacillus cultures are productive in aerobic environments where foaming or acid conditions may occur, as well as in collection system applications.
- Dosage Schedule for WWTP: initial dosage 1/2 lbs per 100,000 gpd per day for 30 days; maintenance dosage 1/2 lbs per 100,000 gpd per day every other day
- Dosage Schedule for lift stations: initial dosage of 1/2 lbs per day per 100,000 to 250,000 gpd flow for 30 days; maintenance dosage 1/2 lbs per day per 100,000 gpd 2 to 3 times a week
