• Built-in check valve prevents backflow

These chemical injection quills feature a built-in spring-loaded check valve that prevents backflow. Choose from a wide range of sizes and materials to best suit your application—even if you’re working with corrosive materials. Quills are 2-3/4" long. Longer lengths (up to 24") are available as special order; contact us for details.

Use these corporation stops for chemical injection into the centerline of water mains. Their convenient shutoff handle eliminates the need for a wrench when your injection valve needs maintenance. Choose from several nozzle types for compatibility with multiple chemicals. CPVC nozzles are rated to 125 psi; all other models are rated to 150 psi.

PlantPRO™ Easy-Clean Injection Quill Assemblies
• Shutoff valve isolates flow while you service the check valve
• Choose from several materials for a wide range of chemical compatibility
Pump and check valve maintenance is much easier with these ready-made quill assemblies. A quick turn of the easy-shutoff handle isolates your chemical feed line from the process stream piping, making it a breeze to unclog or replace the check valve.
Each assembly features an injection quill, ball valve and check valve. Quills are 2-3/4" long. Pump side connection is 1/2" NPT(F). Custom lengths up to 24" are available; contact us for details.

PlantPRO™ Nonmetallic Corp Stop & Nozzle Assemblies
• All wetted surfaces are non-metallic to resist corrosion
All nonmetallic construction makes these corporation stops ideal for corrosive environments. Even when you remove the nozzle for service, the process water is only in contact with the nonmetallic ball valve.
Choose from PVC, CPVC and Kynar® materials. PVC and CPVC models are rated to 125 psi; Kynar models are rated to 150 psi. Insertion length is 8-1/2" (1/2" and 3/4" models) or 7-5/8" (1" models), and can be trimmed as needed. Custom lengths up to 24" are available; contact us for details.
Optional check valves are available for installation at the nozzle inlet (order separately below). They feature a ceramic ball, Hastelloy spring and body materials that correspond to the nozzles. Connection is 1/2". Cracking pressure is 10 psi.
