FLEXFLO metering pumps feature a variable-speed DC motor for consistent chemical feed without mechanical starting and stopping. The innovative Tube Failure Detection (TFD) system eliminates the risk of running the pump motor if the pump tube leaks. If leaked chemical is detected inside the pump head, the pump stops and its programmable alarm relay closes; this allows for remote alarm indication or initiation of a back-up pump.

A user-friendly full color touchscreen displays pump output speed, control mode and alarm status. Control pump output manually or with 4-20 mA, 0-10 VDC or pulse signals. A 30 VDC contact closure for remote start/stop is also included.
Three 30 VDC or 115 VAC contact closures are assignable to monitor TFD system, Flow Verification Sensor (FVS) system, motor on, or operating mode error. The display also shows input signal values and units.
IP-rated M12 inputs on the rear of the pumps support Ethernet, Modbus and Profibus communication signals. M12 connector cables (stock # 351755, sold separately in pairs of two) are required for wiring of all input and output types excluding Ethernet/IP.
Choose from models with pump tubes made from either Flex-A-Prene® (also known as Tygon®/Norprene®), Flex-A-Thane® (also known as Versilon™/Tygothane®) or Flex-A-Chem® (also known as Norprene Chemical). Select A3 pumps feature a two-channel tube design that increases tube life to more than four times that of traditional tubes of the same throughput and pressure rating.
All pumps feature a NEMA 4X (IP66) wash-down enclosure constructed from chemical-resistant powder-coated aluminum. Additional voltages and feed rates are available as special order; contact us for more information.

Pumps with 3/8" OD discharge connections also include: 10-ft suction tube, 10-ft discharge tube and ceramic weight.
Note: Suction/discharge tubing is not included with 1/2" NPT(M) discharge pumps, which are recommended for hard-pipe applications. M12 control cables are required for all input and output types excluding Ethernet/IP.

Chlorine & General Use Pumps
Use with aluminum sulfate (alum), ammonium chloride, ammonium hydroxide, ammonium sulfate, 20% calcium hypochlorite, chloramines, 33% hydrochloric acid, hydrogen peroxide, potassium permanganate, sodium bisulfate, 50% sodium hydroxide (caustic), 12.5% sodium hypochlorite (bleach) and sulfuric acid up to 50%. M12 control cables are required for all input and output types excluding Ethernet/IP. Choose an optional pump shelf for easy wall mounting of all pumps and improved ergonomics. Shelves are made of chemical-resistant HDPE and include four 3/8"Dia x 2-3/4"L stainless steel anchor bolts.
