Use these actuated ball valves for a variety of automation and control applications around the plant. Ball valves feature a true-union design and integral ISO mounting pad for easy maintenance in the field, with minimal disassembly.
Series 19 electric actuators are ideal for remote locations, areas with no air supply and colder temperatures. Compact, lightweight and corrosion resistant, they’re great for a wide range of applications in water and wastewater facilities. Actuators feature a 120 VAC reversing, brushless DC motor and permanently lubricated steel gear train. The NEMA 4X engineered resin enclosure features stainless steel trim and has a 1/2" NPT conduit entry.

The valves shown above are also available with series 94 or 17 actuators. Both actuators feature declutchable manual override which serves as a highly visible position indicator. They are housed in a rugged NEMA 4X weatherproof enclosure. Series 17 actuators are also NEMA-6 rated.

Valves with Series 94 Actuators
Series 94 actuators have more advanced features. The thermally protected, 120 VAC motors are reversing and draw less than 1A. Standard end-of-travel limit switches can be used for light indication; two extra limit switches can be used for remote and PLC position indication. The enclosure features two 1/2" NPT conduit entries that eliminate cross feed between control, feedback and power signals. CE compliant and UL-508 listed.

Valves with Series 17 Actuators
Series 17 actuators offer unique features, including an internal heater and permanently lubricated steel gear train. Their multi-voltage reversing motor has 85 to 265 VAC (50/60 Hz), 24 VDC voltage capabilities. The anodized aluminum enclosure features a thermally bonded polyester powder-coat finish. It has a 1/2" NPT conduit entry and flying leads.
