COD Standard Reagent from LaMotte, 50-1500 ppm, 25/pk
Description
- EPA-approved micro digestion method 410.4
- Pre-measured reagents over three ranges
LaMotte offers components for a complete COD test system. To run a test, pipette a 2-mL sample into the prepared reagent tube and mix. Heat the reagent tube in the reactor, then cool to room temperature and read the results with a Smart2 colorimeter.
A complete system requires a COD test kit, a reactor and a colorimeter.
COD test kits contain 25 pre-measured reagents in 16-mm capped tubes with a 2-year shelf-life. Select the specific range you need. Just add your sample to the tube to start testing.
A COD heater-block reactor is ideal for standard water/wastewater digests. It features microprocessor control, programmable time and temperature settings, and a dual-LCD to monitor both temperature and time. The temperature can be set from 30 to 200°C and is maintained within ±1°C. The reactor accommodates 12 reagent tubes.
The Smart2 colorimeter combines state-of-the-art features with ease of use. Easily read your COD concentration results from the large LCD.
- Parameter: COD, Standard*
- Range: 50 to 1500
- Method: Digestion (contains Mercury)
- # of tests: 25
- *EPA accepted. Some tests require sample pretreatment such as filtration, distillation or digestion.
