| DICE chemical dosing systems pack the functionality you need into a unit the size of a shoebox. Installation and operation are easy—no specific expertise or special tools required. To create a complete chemical feed system that is easy to calibrate, troubleshoot and maintain, simply purchase a DICE module and add a calibration column and chemical feed pump. |
| DICE modules contain the following within a single machined acrylic block: |
| • | backpressure valve | | • | pressure gauge with isolator | | • | multiple ball valves | | • | pressure relief valve | | • | bleed valve |

| The block features internal flow channels and multiple connection ports, including three auxiliary ports for integration of a secondary pump, pulsation dampener and dilution water lines (pumps and accessories not included). The compact block design minimizes the pressurized volume, which decreases priming time. |
| Minimal piping and connection points greatly reduce possible leak points. Vertical configuration prevents gas lock within the system. The integrated ball valves make it easy to adjust the pressure relief and backpressure valves, and allow for quick filling and timed drawdown of the calibration column. |

| DICE Dosing Modules |
| Each DICE module includes five sets of LMI-style fittings for 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2" tubing connections. Units designated for flooded suction include an additional shutoff valve to allow the attached pump to drain the calibration column. |

| The optional wall-mount panel offers simplified assembly in minutes, using only a screwdriver. Its sturdy pump shelf is large enough to support multiple pumps for a duplex pump configuration. Slots and pre-drilled holes in the panel backboard allow for easy mounting in a variety of configurations. Flat pack design lowers shipping cost. |
