FPS NC Series Non-Clog Pumps offer a rugged, maintenance-friendly wastewater pumping solution with flows up to 610 gpm. They feature a field-adjustable wear plate and factory standard dual silicon carbide mechanical seals, reducing maintenance costs and downtime.
An exclusion seal provides the first line of motor defense. If the exclusion seal and first mechanical seal are breached, an integral "Seal Fail" probe will send a signal to the control panel (sold separately), providing an alert for service. The Seal Fail probe and thermal sensors in the motor must be wired to relays in the control panel to receive alerts.
Note: Single-phase pumps require a start/run kit to be installed in the control panel, sold separately.
