Each ampule contains enough media for one test. Select the media type that is appropriate for detecting total coliform, fecal coliform or E. coli. Colonies that grow on presumptive media may need to be confirmed to meet reporting regulations.

m-ColiBlue24® simultaneously detects total coliform (red + blue colonies) and E. coli (blue colonies) within 24 hours. EPA-approved method for drinking water and wastewater testing. No confirmatory step or UV lamp is required.
