Use Hach SC-series controllers to display sensor measurements, transmit signals, and interact with and control other devices using simple menu-driven programming. Outputs, relays, sensor maintenance, and calibration are all configured on the high-resolution display. View as a single-channel measurement, split screen of up to four measurements, or graphical display for monitoring trends.

Controllers accept both contacting and electrodeless conductivity sensors. They feature an internal data logger with capacity for 20,000 data points per sensor. Transfer event history, logged data and controller settings using a USB memory stick—no special software needed. Units feature two onboard SPDT relays for triggering external alarms and timers, and controlling pumps and other devices. Five 4-20 mA signal outputs are also preinstalled. Available communication upgrades include Modbus TCP/IP, LAN, PROFIBUS® DP and Ethernet IP (option card sold separately or as special order; contact our Technical Specialists for details). Included mounting kit allows surface, panel or pole mounting.

Units offer a single universal digital input connector, plus a secondary analog input. The digital universal round connector port is compatible with any Hach digital sensor. The plug-and-play design eliminates the need for parameter-specific controllers. Each parameter sensor (sold separately) performs internal calibration, provides immediate sensor recognition, and guards against electrical interference. This controller's secondary analog input is filled with a module to measure a conductivity sensor.
