Use Hach SC-series controllers to display sensor measurements, transmit signals, and interact with and control other devices using simple menu-driven programming. Outputs, relays, sensor maintenance, and calibration are all configured on the high-resolution display. View as a single-channel measurement, split screen of up to four measurements, or graphical display for monitoring trends.
Controllers accept both differential and combination pH/ORP electrodes, and several different automatic temperature compensating (ATC) elements. They feature an internal data logger with capacity for 20,000 data points per sensor. Transfer event history, logged data and controller settings using a USB memory stick—no special software needed.
Units feature two onboard SPDT relays to trigger external alarms and timers, and control pumps and other devices. Five 4-20 mA signal outputs are preinstalled. Available communication upgrades include Modbus TCP/IP, LAN, PROFIBUS® DP and Ethernet IP (option card sold separately or as special order; contact our Technical Specialists for details). Included mounting kit allows surface, panel or pole mounting.
Analog controllers carry on the tradition of legacy SC200 analog controllers— they feature dedicated parameter-specific terminal input connections for multi-wire analog sensors, such as the multiwire LCP series. Secondary input modules can be swapped to measure any combination of up to two analog pH, ORP or conductivity sensors (each sold separately). This controller includes two inputs to measure analog pH/ORP sensors.
