Use the IFM differential pressure monitoring system to help monitor your filters. As solids build up in the filter, more resistance is placed on the supply pressure. This causes a greater pressure drop after the filter. Monitoring the differential pressure can help prevent these pressure drops. The system can also monitor the differential pressure of pumps.
The complete IFM Efector system consists of a PNI pressure sensor, a transmitter, a t-splitter connection and a patchwork cord (all sold separately). The system's patchwork cord connects the sensor and transmitter, saving you time and money over traditional tubing installations.
Replace two switches with one monitoring system—the PNI provides two independent set points, so you can monitor differential and system pressure independently. There's no need to buy an extra switch to detect system pressure.
Note: For a complete system, order a PNI pressure sensor, transmitter, t-splitter connection and patchwork cord. The PNI pressure sensor features BSPP threads, but converts to NPT threads using an adapter (stock # 34148).
