Use JCM bell joint leak clamps to repair leaking bell joints with minimal work. The split-ring design lets you place the collar around the pipe without disassembling it. Tightening bolts creates pressure against the rubber gasket at the leak point and seals around the entire joint. When installed correctly, leaks rarely return.
The gasket is NBR, Buna-N per ASTM D2000. The body rings are corrosion-resistant coated ductile iron. The bolts are high-strength, low alloy per AWWA C-111, ANSI 21.11 A242 or equal.
Note: Not recommended for solvent weld or coupled pipe.
